Setting up a server in FileZilla is simple, although it is only supported on Windows platforms. ![]() System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. Consider running the server on the same machine, and use 127.0.0.1 (to rule out NAT / Router / firewall issues), though this will also fail between remote computers.Run it against newer versions of FileZilla Server (I used the latest, 1.5.1, but if I understand correctly this should happen on any version after FZ migrated from OpenSSL to GnuTLS).Configure it to use TLS 1.2 / TLS 1.3 (the only ones that newer FileZilla servers support, at least on Windows).Set up a backup with FTP / Alternative FTP backend, Duplicati running on Win11.Net libs), but posting here in case others run into this and/or have more ideas.Ĭreated simple console apps that reproduce this, and posted the issue on FileZilla Server forum, waiting for a reply. I believe this isn't directly a Duplicati issue (rather Fluent FTP / underlying. 127.0.0.1 Duplicati and FZ Server running on the same machine). Note that after searching online a bit, I initially suspected NAT / Router / firewall configuration issues, however I ruled these out since the failures reproduce against localhost (i.e. TLS 1.3 - The file transfer doesn't start, server complains about TLS session not being resumed.TLS 1.2 - The file transfers fine, but the server returns an error due to client not properly terminating the session.Neither FTP (native FtpWebRequest) nor Alternative FTP (FluentFTP) worked with TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3: The newer version requires TLS session resumption, protects against session truncation, and only supports TLS 1.2, TLS 1.3 for secure FTP. I've recently upgraded my FTP server from FileZilla 0.9.6 to 1.5.1 I have searched the forum for related topics.lamp0/web/vhosts/I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates. Public website files should be placed inside the htdocs folder, for example: Navigate to the virtualhost you wish to upload files into, and then you can drag-and-drop files from the local window pane, to the remote window pane, dropping the files into the desired folder. Once here, you will see a bunch of folders that correspond to the name of a website (virtualhost) that you specified. Now that you’re connected to the web hosting, you can double-click on the vhosts folder icon to go to where your virtualhosts are located. You will then be connected to your server, and will see a window that displays the contents of your web hosting (the contents may vary depending on the type of web hosting and its version). You have no guarantee that the server is the computer you think it isįingerprint: ssh-rsa 2048 35:e0:5a:a9:54:12:55:6b:ce:41:8c:c1:9e:35:1d:f6Ĭlick on “ Always trust this host, add this key to the cache”, and click OK to continue.
